Cleaning Quotes
Q: Do I need to be home?
A: It is always good to meet your personal home cleaner and have that conversation about any special concerns about your home's care, but if not, there are many ways to arrange access. All of our home cleaners are insured & bonded, but most of all, trustworthy! And based on our conversation and their experience and training they will know what to expect.
Q: Will you send the same home cleaner each time?
A: Our policy is to send your personal home cleaner(s) each clean. We find consistency makes sense and your will always see that familiar face. If you ever feel like you want a complete change we are always flexible; our number one concern is your comfort.
Q: What are your hours?
A: We generally schedule Monday through Friday starting at 9am. We are very flexible; if you need to meet with your home cleaner we can meet you at 6am or clean Sat or Sun. These are not regular scheduled time, but we will always work with your needs.
Q: What is your guarantee?
A: 100% guarantee. If we miss something, simply notify us and within 24 hours your home cleaner will return to correct any issue and, of course, not charge to you.
Q: What about contracts?
A: We do not believe in contracts. We believe that when we provide an excellent cleaning service, you will continue to use our service.
Q: What about payments?
A: Payment is expected at time of service. We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Amex. Please notify us if you are going to use a credit card because the home cleaners do not carry credit machines as a rule.
Q: How much do you charge?
A: We do provide you with a good faith quote. The quote will be based on the information you provide to us and generally we are very close in time and dollars. If you are a little uncomfortable at your first home cleaning being an hourly charge we can always cap the total amount.
